it does show some welds under the gutter, and show better when paint has dried, will grind these welds back a bit tomorrow, then seam seal and prime again.

looks like you are cracking on with the welding. If i was you now trial fit the windscreen to make sure you do not have any issues in the corner before paint.
thanks for your input Sonikk4, although I did take measurements before and after, they are the same appart from the seal lip adjustment. I did consider trial fitting the window and know exactly what you mean,....I will do that after that roof corner repair is done.

Thanks to Graham I am now in business with electolytic rust remouval, nice winter job, all those little rusty bits cleaning for next year,.....................

thanks to you Graham, I am on a mission, everyday something goes in the bucket,..... reckon most of Evy's bit's will be done by end January appart from the front subby, need to weld new floors in first before taking that one off.
