just a big puzzle, certainly great progress, even I am impressed,.......flattened the filler today finish that tmz and etch-prime the panel after......if I get an hour or so at her

had a break from work this afternoon, so got on with it....flattened filler, cleaned panel back to bare, and etch primed him, looks 'fine' few small little dents to sort but other than that, all good

Tom, for me it is a kinda routine now, everyday an hour or so and planning the next days attack, the rest comes natural..lol

few jobs done today, Huy'e re-fit the full exhaust, no more hissing....Evy, started on outer sill prep, sand back.weld jacking point in...primered and stonechip the lot, then spot-welded the doorstep flange to inner sill flange....offer outer sill tmz.....good day all in all

had an hour after work today so cleaned the garage a bit and cranked the welder up.......I just love upside-down welding,....who needs a spit......

 

off-side sill on and sanded back,ready for a clean and give him primer etc.

After a days work this morning I decided to start the WELDATRON....tidied the garage, placed a few tyre's on the floor and on the side she went, first time in full view......so off side heal-board to floor flange was the first to be started on.......few good days and it should be ready for paint......

and a bit more belly work done, seam welded tunnel flange to floor, sanded back and treated with Por15 rust prevention....

in my brake I went back in the garage for 1 hour this afternoon.....spot-welded the floor to tunnel inside and toe-board....por15... ready for outer sill......

 

 

spot welded, sanded back, Por15 coat and penetration marks on the other side....
