well guyz, monday,yesterday and today a fab day in the office(garage) love it when a plan comes toghether, when looking at the last pictures, there are e few panels to make and rot to cut out, then you got to think in 3D,........the more complex the better, just like being against a champion Chess Player......
all rot cut out and carefully peeled back the bottum flitch panel lip to remove toe-board cut out;

in the end flitch panel lip was crap so cut that out to and made new flitch-lip, tacked with toe-board repair piece in position after the bulkhead repair panel was in position, cut cut measure measure.....:

what was finished I coated quickly with Por15:
today I finished all the welds especially the toe-board and flitch lip which I seamed and sanded back, then done the inside and seamed on the joints and sanded that back.....Por15 over the lot again(never enough) and trial fitted the crossmember end piece from M-Machine, as you can see I used a broomhandle, used the subby tower bolt holes as template and drilled 4 holes at the correct position then dropped the subby bolts through it and used the excisting nearside bolt holes in the cross-member as reference point to work from
