sunny day, not to warm and a little breeze......perfect day for garage work wiv open doors.
I was wanting to finish the offside toe-board repair, ended up doing that and loosing a lot of rusty metal by cutting half the floor,..crossmember,....rotten innersill,....rotten outer sill,...doorstep,...basicly on a roll..........

this is what came of the car today




toe board repair, repair piece shaped then stitched followed by seam welding, sanding back and POR15 coat






then there was the crap 'floor' and door step; replaced with new step joining to the new door-post repair piece from 8 month ago

cleaned the off-side of the tunnel and prepped it for the floor,....

to start

panel prep, cut outs and spotweld holes;



front end sitting well, and secured with subby bolt and self tappers, cut around starter 'ball' sit's neat;

Cheers Tom, only welded a few little things for now, the rest is held toghether with self tappers, it has all to do with lining up all panels( I want 100%) Before getting the spotwelder out and have some real fun......
