this side is not as 'bad'.....as the offside.
two pictures off the b4 cutting
cut out bottum 2 inches and heelside end then used it as a template, cleaned and old donor panel and copied onto it
If time permits, I will shape the to floor lips and Por15 it ready to be offered.

Looking good. Hard to get those bins right I found.
I think you are right there, I suppose proof is in the pudding when the new floor is offered,.......You took measurements from top heal-board (bin end's) to inner roof? If so what where they,.....just comparing what I have.....

Excellent work on these bins Muk, will seem much better when the boot and heelboard are in and lined up. Simple job of the floor then !!
we will see tomorrow, I know the full lenght 1/2 floor panels will have their own challenge as the tunnel is a Mk1/Mk2, and the toe board is,....well.....a bit rusty. Ones those rear bits are sorted I will have a clooser look at those challenges, will have to drop the front subby to have a clooser inspection, pretty pictures to come soon on here......

Boot area
rear seats
Subby attachment
bootld alignment
All was good, even the 810mm between crossmember and heal-board, appart from the boot-lid hinge panel needs tweeking on both sides outside of the hinges, but I had to walk away from it after 4 hours, left it all on and supported subby with axle stands.
any comments/advise please shout...

the Alignment measurements,...... for those who have done this before, probably is a piece of cake, for me it was the first time and accuracy was needed to make sure I was on the right track, I attach the diagram and happy with the result, havent said that there is a 2 mm between the 2 AD measurements, can live with that

I like that rear bin repair, I might copy that on one of my future projects.
to be honest it is not as easy as it looks, a lot of measuring required, panel work is just the easyer bit, but then Por15 makes it look like new though, alignment was an interesting excersize for sure..
