Nice hours work Muk. How much of the floor are you going to replace as looking at it is needs a patch or two !!
Lol,....the whole floor needs to go,....the Tunnel is good and yes there are a few good patches, but not worth keeping....see when I get there,boot first and get some strenght back in her.

first the bulkhead repair panels:
used old MUK's panel
cut outs from template and cleaned up
18mmlip folded and corners seam welded
all zinc primed
rear bin repair;
Bit more MUK's door pieces
fetling with first piece
offered top piece to be welded to new arch
will tack weld the rear bin bits tmr,I will seamweld it when the floors are coming out....
on second thought's after dinner, I went back in the garage,stripped all the fabrications of the zinc primer and opened the pot of Por15, keep forgetting that stuff,... gave them all a god coat, no rust there anymore after.

nice work mate how much rust is on it?
Cheers Tom, in percentage I would say40%, you just have to start with a blanc canvas, everytime you start a new piece,.....
Didn't realise it was this bad with the brown stuff Muk. Doing a great job though as usual.
Graham
Thanks Graham, everyday a little bit, yes there is a lot of that Brown stuff,then again it is a total restore and I am not new to it anymore, just cut it out, bugger Kurust,.....I started to use Por15 again tonight,...much better and long lasting stuff that is.

however,clamping the heal-panel in postion, I done some measuring,...inner heal-board to cross-member should be 810mm, the top of the heal-board is correct, but the bottum(where the floorpanel marries the heal-board) it measures 813mm so this needs seeing to tmr
