Ive just been informed that "john brown" of midland wheels is now reproducing these wheels for £470 ?? ive just looked on "mini parts uk " which is midland wheels , and they have them for £750 with yokos ??
The alleycats you buy now are copies ,ie they dont have "ALLEY CAT RALLYE SPECIALS " on the inside of the wheels ? and as far as i know only 7x13 ?
Plus they are not powdercoated on the inside of the wheel ? (import, china ) ?
The tyre they come with are 175/50/r13 too much streatch ?
The tyres im selling you cannot buy anymore ?
you can get 175/50/r13 dunlop sp2000 but not my size/model ?
Help lol im sorry if im wrong ill pull off advert if i am

That website is also pricing the tyres as the A048's, which are the DOGS DANGLIES of tyres at £120 each, so thats £480 in tyres
The wheels are only £90 each, http://www.miniparts...ini-3307-0.html
Basically, yours are worth about £400 with tyres and nuts.

so about £300 fitted
Not sure if they are good or bad.
Your wheels are very nice but it is a lot of money for anyone to pay for secondhand wheels as even after they have been restored to a very high standard no one will know what might of happened to them in the past so might go for buying a new set even if they are just copies as they will have a guarantee with them.
Does alley corode or weaken over the years ?
I think they look great on your car are as you know the history of them keep them on and enjoy.
Steve.
