Due to my bad observation and the seller being kind enough NOT to point it out, ive discovered on my mini i have 3 RSP style alloys (where the bolt holes line up with the spokes) and 1 'standard' minilite or whatever it is that looks the same except the bolt holes between the spokes. Im quite dissapointed as i had hoped they would all be the same, either style wheels..... but should i want to sell them, who would want to buy them?

only taken me a couple of months to spot it

Hey,
BL famously sent some cars out like this to start with.
Why not get on ebay, find the matching wheel and get four matching on the car, then us the missmatched wheel as the spare?

Funny you should say that, because I purchased a Mini 30 recently, and it has one "RSP/30 style" wheel on, and three "standard style" wheels on. But I purchased a set of 6x12 superlights from Bingley, which will be on as soon (when it passes its MOT, hopefully in the next few weeks)

i dont think the rsp wheels are actually worth as much as people think, when annorak was on here he did a whole article on them i think, might be worth reading that before you get ripped of by some salesman!

Keep your eye out for a single RSP style wheel on Fleabay, (they do come up as spare wheels from time to time) swap it across & then put your non matching one in the boot as a spare where no one will see it, or sell it on as a spare on Ebay. As for the value, a full set of the so called RSP minilites really holds no more value than the later version, that is unless you find someone who is prepared to pay over the odds because they are convinced that they are in some way rare or special (which might be difficult as I sold mine to that bloke!! :( ) However a non matching set of any combination will always hold less value than a matching set as they will be less desirable!

Have you checked your spare? As said above though, the car may well have been like this originally.
