I used clarkes stuff in my clarke welder and lincolns stuff in the lincon welders.

Using the lincoln wire is mostly due to warranty, i wasn't sure on the deal with using 3rd party wire was so i didn't bother taking the chance.

Never had a problem with clarkes stuff either. Only wire ive ever had problems with is sealys, but it wasn't my welder i was using, so i cannot say if the wire had been out in the rain or re-coiled onto the drum or whatever, but it used to kink a hell of alot.
