ive never had right foot problems, usually my left knee.
my clutch is so stiff i cant get it to the floor just using my foot so i have to move my whole leg.

The only pain I've ever had in my feet/ankles whilst driving was learning in a KA wearing canvas plimsolls. No strength in the shoe so operating the clutch hurt my feet a bit.

I occasionally get back pain in the mini. Standard seats but they're still in good condition. I think it's mostly because the steering wheel is offset from the centre of the seat, so I'm twisting slightly.

I am curious to know who actually needs the seat closer to the pedals rather than having it all the way back. I'm fairly short and I'd say a little more leg room would be nice. I think you'd need to be about 4 ft tall to need it closer.

yea 4ft would have to be your height to have it loser than fully back to drive properly.

does anyone now the best angle to have your seat???

might consider those extensions but would pity anyone who had to sit behind me lol

The ex noticed I sat at a slight diagonal angle when driving, never personally noticed to be honest. But then I have deliberately spaced the buckets in the project so they are now in line with the steering wheel.

You don’t have to have the seat all the way back with the brackets, mine isn’t.

I'v had Mini's for 22 years and yes I often get "mini ankle" on longish journeys. The best solution I'v found is to rest my foot on the accelerator and the wheel arch carpet together.

Yep but only on the motorway when ive been holding the same speed for over an hour or so. Ocaasionaly it gets so bad I shift to bit of left foot accelarator but only for a couple of mins as its bad and you should never use your left foot on the accelerator!

do you hover on the clutch a lot.. i know we normaly have to but

i get it in my left ankle from the work van quite alot. The clutch is to high so my foots at an angle all the time. Never noticed it from the mini. Been on long drives with no foot pain, got my seat pushed right back. I get back pain but thats normal for me anyway.
