^ Lowering was done by changing the OEM springs with H&R Sport Springs giving it a 1.4" drop. Helix lower control arms, NM Engineering 22mm adjustable rear anti-roll bar, and NM Engineering adjustable rear anti-roll bar links were also added. (Photos: Tackleberry-MINI2.com)
^ The MINI's Z-axle multi-link rear suspension is unique for a small car and was cleverly minimised in size and particularly height by Rover engineers at Gaydon to fit and give the high levels of handling and roadholding they required.
