the easiest would be the allspeed awd front and rear subbys or you could get a suzuki/subaru awd setups and convert it yourself but all depends on your budget in mind, none are cheap or within SENSIBLE PRICE RANGE..... but any conversion is possible with a mini as i have a donor sr20det 4x4 setup but may need a spaceframe to help the body from twisting....

what have you in mind

Twin engined cars were outlawed a while back, at least that type of installation. Twin engined vehicles must now have the engines driving a common pair of wheels and cannot have the engines independently driving different axels.

Pity, a twin engined Mini was on my long term todo list. :)

my understanding is that you can still do it, you can only use one engine one the road though.

BL did a 4 wheel drive rally car in about 68 :) used a different diff housing, the rear drive coming off the diff to the back axle :)

Special Tuning did a rallycross Clubman but it was pretty crude. I didn't have a centre diff and it would wind it self up like a spring until it got onto the dirt and the wheels could spin.
