They have so much cool stuff over there, like the perspex sun visors I remember seeing over 10 years ago and never seen them here since, always been after a pair.

Does anyone please have any info on the "John Rhodes Aero Kit"

Im really intrigued by the tiny pic and what I can see of it, clicked on the picture and links to the shop, but after going through 108 pages theres nothing to be found. Have searched Google and the like but come up with nothing.

My Dad went to Yokohama for the second time this year (work purposes) but whilst there got chance to go to all the Hot rod Shops whilst there he never went to any Mini garages :'( but did bring home these two mags which are amazing (although i dont read Japenese but the rare minis in there are breathtaking ) (yes that is the mini duvet behind the mag ;)) whilst he was there he was in his hotel and they all left quickly because of an earthquake which started and he ran downstairs to get out of the building and sat at the traffic lights on the other side of the road was a mini thirty very tidy and he had his camera on his belt round his neck so quickly got a snap so i will find it on his computer and share it with this awesome thread as soon as i get on the other computer instead of my laptop.

By way of a bit of thread resurrection, are there any online UK resources for Jap Spec Minis? Interested in the differences and how to deal with things like Air Con service and what parts were used - specifically looking to renew the dash vents, they must have been out of the Rover parts bin but from what?

I am interested too. My vents are not in the best of shapes.

Photo above showing the Factory Air Conditioning Parts for Classic Mini, RHD. This is a complete factory a/c unit removed from an early 1990's Japanese spec Mini. Includes all the components (compressor, brackets, condenser, drier and evaporator), dash parts, belts, wiring harness and switches.

 They are group 2 race but from Japan. They came with it when it was imported.
