No need to go mad. Once you can get the drive shafts through, there maybe enough clearance to run the shaftok cheers i'll try and cut driveshaft hole as bigchiefs this week and see if i can pull motor forward a bit.

they are rubber versions of sportpacks. strengthened inside so they dont flex

ive just put a new 2" system on a 100 miles ago i was planning on getting a 4 branch for micra engine and coupling it into it.

Micra ones should be fine, are you having issues?any tips on cv joint rubber boots? are the standard micra 1ns ok or is there a less bulky one that can be used?

not really, just making engine mounts up, need to bite the bullet and decide final engine position. nearside driveshaft fits snuggly.got plenty clearance to subframe elverywhere else. had subframe in car and everythings ok. i think my final decision is to decide how far to the driverside of the car to sit the engine..
