looking (and sounding) good ! well done .seems prety low geared too, which will make the most of the power whats it like in 5th ?

i employ the "denture cam" technique, for in car footage,
a bit of pvc tape over the back of your digital camera , with a loop that you can catch between your teeth, (you cant give a running comentary though, the damn thing falls out of your mouth!)

Can I ask how the manifolds ended up costing around £350. Was it materials or labour or both? Sorry if its a noobie question but I'm interested in this conversion and trying to work out costs.

Thanks

the exhaust was £200 off the shelf then modified. I bought a nissan K11 4 branch in the hope it would fit straight on, turns out they dont! (next time i would do what mr jones has done, i think it would work out cheaper)

inlet, raw materials cost £65 and i paid a further £50 for welding, + gaskets, seals etc

It cruises comfortably 75- 80ish pulls strong through to about 95-100 then runs out of steam.
I think its a bit under geared and would benefit from the almera box, however my daily drive is a transit and a audi diesel so i may just be used to low revs high torque motors now
