got the dash from ebay and had it flocked a place called "face lift autos"
im happy with how its turned out

got a little bit more done today, sat the dash in place and did the steering column which i didnt intend on doing and fitted master cylinder, and clutch mechanism

had a nightmare of a day today, managed to crack the dash, scratch the cage and floor getting the cage in so to be honest im pretty pi**ed off ;)

a few pics of where i got to, had to walk away as i was getting stressed and would of thrown a tantrum at any time lol

i scratched all my paint work on the interior and scratched the rollcage too :/ there i swine i tell you

Ps. how on earth do you get in over those door bars ;)

with great difficulty lol, if it becomes a problem i will modify them but its not my daily driver so should be ok ;)

did a little more today, got the seats mounted properly and the harnesses in.then put drivers and passenger foot rests in.

starting to look like a car inside now >_<

managed to motivate myself a bit and drop the engine back in and fit the single skin fiberglass bootlid. also got my new rear windows :thumbsup:
bootlid locks are to be modified with smaller carbon plates when i get around to it

finally got the mini running today today
sounds bloody mental
cannot believe it started first go

after a little tweaking idared to take it for arun round the yard with no brakes only the handbrake so couldnt open it up
enjoy

i think it runs well to say it has bigger injectors and bike carbs and the map is for a standard inlet, will need mappimg asap but cannot believe how well it runs

im very proud of what i have achieved with this car as it was my first restoration/conversion and think it has turned out very well
