Honda B16 Build

have been doing my for the build last 3 months,
a few pics of how i got her :D

as soon as i got it i got started ripping it apart ready for the b16 vtec conversion and test fit the subframe and measured up where to cut the bulkhead for the itb's

we then cut bulkhead and boxed in to suit

also had the itb manifold modified to help with clearance issues

next i started pottering with the dash wich i had fit the guages to already

i then treated myself to a few parts :D

i then put the engine together ready for a test fit again

also got my fiberglass doors and front end

all was clear so we took it apart again and got it ready for paint,

i then sorted fuel tank, fuel pump and braided lines out

once those had been test fit we took everything out and welded a few plates to sort some rust out and a bit of seem sealer the sprayed boot, cab and bulkhead in ford frozen white

Is this the one from the 16vminiclub?
if it is how did you get one with the fuel pump?

it is yes,
we have modified the tank so the feed comes out at the lowest point on the side and then re located the pump to the boot floor and finally we raised the tank up an inch or so.
so fingers crossed all should be ok

looks nice and tidy, thats a very nice white too, ford diamond white and frozen white are my favourite

quick question where did you purchase the tank from?

i got the tank from ebay from here

the guy there was really helpfull, i messed up on the tank and he sent me the parts i needed to sort it out for free.
would definately recomend using them

managed to motivate myself today in the cold damp rubbish weather and started to put the fuel system back in.
i have had the tank modified so it feed through the bottom of the tank so can gravity feed the pump now

got the fuel lines and battery cable fitted today, seemed to take forever but glad its done now :)

Any reason for running your hoses like that?

WHere did you get the braided lines from?

not really was just the most direct way to where i needed them to be,
got the lines off of ebay. if you need a link to it just let me know mate

picked up my dash from being flocked tonight and bobed the guages back in im over the moon with it to be honest
