Hi
I have recently seen alloy rads on ebay for cheap (£59 posted), i am probably stupid for asking this but does any one think there worth a gamble?
Or has any ne bought one an tried it out?

ive got one, and its brilliant. :thumbsup: maybe abit to good in the cold weather though.

Me too, cured an annoying overheating problem on the 1293 in my scamp :thumbsup:

I bought one of these. I'v not fitted it yet but for some reason the threads the bolts go on to seem crap. So I really dunno how I'm gonna fit it. Maybe I just got a dud one or something. I hope I can sort out a way of fitting it other wise it was a waste of £60.

Throw the original ones away and use new m6 bolts, all will fit easily this way. I had to open the fan shroud holes up very slightly, but the slight extra work was well worth it.

ive seen a similar problem with the threads for the bolts not being great but apart from that worked really well :thumbsup:

I've got one ready to cool the 1430, looks decent, welds are pretty good
