:)
Prepped the two ½" Lock-down-bolt holes on each end-stans and mounting arm sleeves. You can then weld the 1/2" nuts to the sleeve at this point also.

I have just a few quick tweaks and hits with the welding unit to do, then we can get the Mini up on the Rotisserie. but we can do a quick mock-up and bolt the Shell to the rotisserie system and have a quick look.

I couldn’t find anyone to help lift the Mini-Shell onto the Rotisserie in -31C (-24F) so I went at it alone..
First I bolted the support arms to the Shell then ran the skewer pipe thru the center of the sleeves.
Now with the Shell bolted to the arms, the sleeves bolted tight to the skewer pipe I raised the lighter-end (the Boot) into the end-stand-sleeve first… (Not Thinking…….).
Then with the front end of the Shell now pointing to the floor I put the skewer-pipe thru the other end-stand-sleeve at floor level…. It was at this time I started to think about taking the boot end off and do the front first?!?!?! But my inner 23year-old voice said “YOU CAN DO IT” (I really have to stop listening to that young drunken fool now that I’m 40!!!)

I planned on lifting the skewered Shell up over my head and have the end stand swing in a Pendulum manner into place… (Oh it sounded easy enough in my head and I wasn’t even drinking…)
So after countless creeks, pop’s & jolts (And that’s just coming from “my” body not the Mini-shell) I had the Shell at my chest level, and the end-stand had 70 degrees still to come around..
Balancing on one foot I managed to kick a saw-horse under the shell to support it… Then positioning myself in a squat under the skewer-pipe I Pusshshshed!!!
So there I was face to face with a 400lb Mini shell resting on my shoulder… With no way of turning back and the end-stand needing to be lifted just 6”-8” more, (That inner 23year old voice was no-where to be seen) And Man was I cook’n HOT……..

So with about 5 minutes of psyching myself up and feeling my knees giving out, I gave it one good push. With a few colorful words and a few more Pop’s & jolts, just like I planned the end-stand moved in to place and the shell was air born .
20 minutes later and I got to my knees and crawled back to the house………
