Looking good Jonny. The miglias make it look nice and wide (also the reason i've gone for them). Keep up the good work, i'm still doing these boot hinges they will be the death of me!!

Regards Blue

Cheers. Same here they were my last choice for arches, I couldn't see anything else working though, I would of ended up with big gaps against the body where I have tubed the arches.

I've chopped out the awful wooden parcel shelf, made a new lip out of grp to bolt on a alloy shelf instead.

Finished product, just need to bolt it in place.

Made a bracket for my new brise alternator and spaced it with a brass spacer. Need to trim some more of the alloy bracket. Nice bit of weight saved.

Looking good jonny!

I've still got my bead roller, seeing as your local, if you want to use it for your parcel shelf feel free to pop over and borrow it

That's very kind! How thick would it take?

I probably went a bit overkill with 2mm alloy.

Just been look at you exotic nuts over on turbo minis.

(Did i just write that?)

Just use rivets and or poly sealant. Light, and cheap.
