Anyway I'v not updated this in a while. Engine is all back togther and ready to be dropped in.

I'v also now fitted all the trim between the arch and body work.


Looks so much better now.

I'v also fitted one of my speaker pods. Thats a job harder job then I thought it would be. I'll try and get the other one done this week.

I'v also started to make a rubber duck gear knob. Just cause I can!

Right the dash and both speaker pods are now in!!!!



Its really starting to take shape now. Hoping to get the enigne back in next week and she will be ready for some shows!

The engine is back in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


The down side is I'm not at work for the next 6 days and its 10 days till rivi. Its gonna be close but I hope I get it done in time.

Right well it didnt make rivi. I really didnt think it would was too much of a push trying to get it down rounf work and college. I do have a ticket to L2B so we shall see if I make it to that instead.

First heres a few bits I bought for her down in Newquay.

Got black window inserts, boot hinges and a some steering cowling.



I also have some new numberplates on order!

Then today I fitted the cowling and have cleaned most the paint of the hinges ready to be painted black. I also fitted some diffrent headlights I had on my red car.

Heres some pics of the new headlights.





I'v also got the carb and exhaust manifold back on and most of the engine wired up.


I'v also been stripping all the horrible soundproofing off the roof as it was starting to fall off.


I'm gonna try and get the rest of it off 2moz if its hot.

I think thats about it.

I know this!!!!!! I have a list written out and thats one of the bits on their. The other 2 things on the list are theirs no oil in the engine and the drivers side castle nut isnt tighted up lol.

Should be. Although I finsh college in about 7 weeks time lol. That means I need to grow up and find me a proper job. Will mean more money for minis though!!!!!
