It eaten its own face.

No I have no idea what it is to be honest. Theirs just a really bad knocking noise coming from the engine and it seems down on power. I'm hoping to get someone local to pop round have have a look at it for me.

It is the head gasket! Not a hard fix then I guess. I'v never done one before but how hard can it be?

Well I started. Need need to remove the rockers and the head itself now. It got a bit dark and start to rain hence me giving up lol. I'll have another go 2moz.

Make sure you undo the head nuts properly and in the right order.

Yea I'v been reading how to do it in the haynes book. I have today and 2moz off but am going to go and watch Reading kick Swansea's ass today so the car can wait until 2moz!
