Do you have an air compressor? You could get a shutz gun and get the cheaper tins of underseal which have more in them.
Does look slick though! I was going to brush the majority of mine on but I might get some more tins and spray it now, looks so neat and uniform.

It isn't that expensive Adam. The first two cans I bought from Halfrauds were.. but I picked those 5 up from Ebay for £7 each. Plus I don't have a compressor
But yeah, it does look very nice and neat

More money spent!
And I saw a BEAUTIFUL mini that is the kind of thing I've been aiming for, everything about it was spot on!
Been having 2nd thoughts about my fibreglass bonnet as well..
It fits awfully and even if I did get it to fit well.. I'm not overly keen on the fixings all over the place. I've been thinking about buying a mk3-5 bonnet for a tenner and just drilling the spot welds off the lip.. job done! Hmm..
& the mini I adored..

Had seen some elsewhere but the descriptions and photos were always bad and I couldn't be sure which finish I was actually buying.
Picked the pair up today for £23!

Yeah man! so light! Opted for the brushed aluminium because I don't want the chrome pitting! And I've got Stainless Steel bumpers for the same reason.
Them mirrors are lush! what stall did you get them from?
Really can't remember, I paid in cash so didn't get a receipt or anything It wasn't one of the big name stalls.. think it was just an elderly couple with a white van!

Anyway..
Got both the air vents welded up! Need some advice about how to patch the hard to reach areas but without any photos its tricky. I'm thinking about getting a piece of copper sheet so I can use that to build up a wall of weld against.
I'm away in Norfolk this weekend and then a week in Iceland shortly after that so won't get any garage time!
