I've run my fuel lines between the front and rear bulkhead, using goodridge hardline and bulkhead fittings.
These along with the battery cable and brake lines still be run ontop of the carpets, as they look pretty cool!
Here you can also see the start of the braided lines in the boot
Quick photo of my alloy plenum chamber
Currently in the process of making a restrictor ring for it
Passenger door frame hung on my new dsn hinges
Here is the lower intercooler mount, made using the existing radiator mount. The top mount will tie into the thermostat housing as standard
Quick shot of the intercooler itself, it's from a Mazda MPV and has had the outlets modified to fit. I have also shaved off any extra mounting points which aren't needed. What you can't see is the tapped hole at the top for an IAT which will be used with my ignition system hopefully
And here you can see the oil cooler position, nicely in the airflow

And had a look at my radiator fitment, I've had to change tact with the oil cooler as the fittings got in the way!
Comments welcome :)

Few photos for you all, hopefully I'll have a big update in the next few weeks as progress should speed up dramatically
Everything left of the polo (including that bay) is now my workshop!
Tucked onto the trailer for the move across
And here it is inside
Had a rough tidy up and sorted a new bench etc.
Comments welcome

And yes Jonny, it's rented. But to be fair it's so cheap it's pretty much free!
Not a massive amount of photos as it's all just bodywork at the moment, I have been messing with the boot floor to try and gain some more clearance on the radius arms but here's where I'm at today
Aiming to paint it in a few weeks and then comes the build up etc. IT WILL BE AT IMM!!!
