started by blocking off the gear linkage hole in the tunnel as ill be making my own internal lnkage set-up
then i started to tubb the N/S arch.
i made up a pattern of the inner arch from some welding wire and transferred it to the quarter panel. i next cut slices into the panel as far as the line
then i bent the slots up to 90 degrees and began to fit the strip of metal to reform the arch
and one almost finished tubbed arch
thanks for looking

however i have managed to find a suitable colour for the car (peugeot seville) but i think if i get it done at a bodyshop i will get them to add something to brighten it up a little as it looks a little flat
heres a few photos of the paint on the back of the seats
ive also finished tubbing both of the arches excetpt for grinding down the welds and painting over them etc.

hey hugh,
yeah i had the same problem when i was starting cvollege but i managed to get a little garden centre job. tell him to keep hunting around because all the supermarkets hire in the next few months because of people leaving for uni (Y)
your projects coming on really well! I'm so annoyed that i cant work on frumpy now, ive got the biggest amount of motivation ive had for a very long time but i cant even walk to the car althought its giving me time to buy some much needed parts so it cant be all bad.
