and as far as I can tell they are going to fit perfectly
im thinking for the lower mounting points hole to have something similar to this:
not all the stuff on the top but concentrating on the box section part that would run off the bulkhead.
My other dilemma is do I use the wilwood pedals that come with the kit or do I go with the sparco ones that I bought and painted lime green???
(it would just be a case of drill and tapping an extra hole, flip side is the arms look to nice to drill)
Anyhow moving on I bought a pair of doors on here for a small price of £30 per door (as I wasn't happy with my last set) and they are in really good condition for reflection of the price. However when I took them home I got a little worried as poking from one of the internal holes near the bottom of one of the doors was fibreglass matting and some resin. I thought I had bought a complete lemon. So I took no time in stripping it down and removing the skin to find this:
Half covered saturated fibreglass matting, resin and steel L brackets. Throwing this aside I was dubious as to what the door would look like, but it was in fact in good condition
To be honest both the door bottoms were fine to re use the only thing that will need replacing is the last flat lip which the door skin sticks to, which is a simple fix as it is just a flat piece of steel.
So I have a lot more to get on with now, so hopefully more updates should be following :)

You've gotta fit a dsn throttle pedal with that pedal assembly
That would then be another thing our cars would have in common!
Blue, on another note, I've noticed behind your pedal box you don't seem to have the tubes to stop the cross member getting squashed?

Don't panic ;) I've got some stainless steel tubes made up for that :)

Also decided to get rid of the door card holder thingy on the top of the door as I have carbon fibre door cards which are thin and that will only server as a water trap for rust!!!
The majority of my day was spent making new spreader plates for the front subframe tower bolts. I didn't think they were big enough or thick enough so I made them bigger by a few cms and made them out of 1mm thicker material. The reason it took me the most time is the material is titanium which I had knocking around. They still need the holes drilling but all the edges are filled flat and sanded smooth:
and next to original one in place
Should be a little bit better.
That is all for now folks.
