£160 is about what might be expected if you supplied the guides as free-issue. The 4 off seats can't cost much really.
Were you doing your own valve lapping-in?


Yes guna do my lapping myself, also done the porting myself aswell, once reasembled I can measure the cc and see what needs skimming to get the CR Im after, also guna get crank and fly balanced

Some will disagree, but balancing is not really needed unless you want to regularly use over around 6000 rpm. Done properly it is not cheap and some so-called balancers don't do a very accurate job. Just lighten the flywheel a bit to improve acceleration and use a cam hat has max power at around 5700 rpm and it'll run very well.
What CR are you going to set it to?

not really sure what CR Im after really, Ive got an ultralight fly and ultralight backplate to go onto my build already :blink:
going for a 276 kent
may skip the balancing then as I have never even taken my girly over 5000 revs, will save me £75
