Ah righto,

I have worked on these but was thinking of the older aircooled one where it dosent have the lift up cover in the boot floor.

Ahh yeah i know what you mean! ^_^ yeah they have like a rear boot type hatch which opens to expose all of the engine, on this one which is the BIS water cooled you access the engine on the cover in the boot floor, which means now its a pickup it should be quiter inside because the engine isnt actually sharing the same place as your sitting haha

Depending on wheter i keep this or my clubby estate then this may be getting some new wheels and slammed and a touch of negative camber :goaway: but we will see what happens! I kinda dont want to get rid of it now haha

And thankyouu :D i like to be different!

that.looks.awsome...

maybe you could use fiat/seat 600 D door hinges (i think its the 600D) which has suicide doors, and as the 126 is esentially a 500, the 600 is closely related so might work...

if not, they look cool anyway.

this makes me want a 126 now..., well a 126 pickup lol.... though i would like a bike engine in their somewhere...

yeah i'd say get some deep 10's or 13's and SLAM IT down to the floor
smooth the arches and it will look nuts

been lurking this project for a while haha!

not sure i would drive it myself though :(

I have been thinking about suicide doors actually! But i dont know if it will abit to OTT?
A bike engine conversion would be alot of fun! But not really reliable or practical enough to be honest, so im planning a Jap engine in the back, more details to come when i get the engine :P

Yeahh its going to be slammed >_< Id like 10's but when i uprate the brakes they may not fit, so im going for 13's :genius:
I was planning on keeping the arches black but now you have said smooth them im tempted to photoshop it to see if it will look as cool as it does in my head haha
