I've been wanting a tattoo for ages now but really can't decide on anything I really like.
My friends got a full sleeve, oldskool style with lots of colours and different objects linked together with lots of dots and specs. It looks really good, but don't want to end up with something too similar. I'd perhaps like something to do with cars etc, but i'm too unsure.
Theres loads of websites with photos of tats to look through, but some of them you have to pay for, others are just crap with a poor range.
There was a website I've looked at before that has thousands of images. It was free but had a viewing limit for each day. for example you could view 100 images per day but after that you couldn't view any more. But then you just cleared you cookies and temp files and you carried on.
Does anybody know the website it would of been or recommend any other good tattoo design websites with good quality free photos?

Visit the web pages of your local tattooists! They are the ones, i assume will be doing your tattoo, they should if they are any good have lots and lots of pictures. You can then choose based on their style, skill etc! Instead of just finding a pic on the internet and popping in "can you do this"!
Or have just pop in and have a word with them, I didi that, when i went for my sleeve we sat for about an hour drawing in pen on my arm befroe teh needle came out! Dont be scared to go in and ask, if they turn out to be rude, well thats fine you dont want to give them your readies anyway1

search tattoos on Flickr mate for ideas
when you do get the tattoo make sure you have seen tons of work by that artist so you know your getting good work done, i hate it when people walk into any old tattoo shop and get a load of crap done and they wonder why.

Unfortunately BME (which was the awesome and free-but-limited one) has ruined itself by making the website subscription only
Google and Flickr are your best bets, and as already said your local tattooists!
