Just got a play mini rear box side exit and cat connector pipe off ebay works a treat and looks good if hanging a bit low or its bigger than stock exhaust.
I have use the orignal rubber donut type hangers (17 yrs old). Should i get new rubber ones or Polyurethane? is there shorter ones avaialble? as just bit shorter would bring up the exhaust a bit closer to under side?
Would it matter if I used different ones for a different car?

I'm using a side exit play mini rear box aswell and I bought some new rubber hangers the same as before as the old ones did look a bit tired

Your old ones might be sagging now but as the ones above are cheap and good enough just get another set, mine don't hang low or move around much atall, infact it sits nice and close to the underside and doesn't knock

Yeah was going to get them as i ordered a new bolts and gasket to cat but didnt need as no gasket on there and the bolts came off easily and good conditon.

Will hopefully get a pic of mine to see if it is that low or just my imagination lol! just looks like to me it could be a bit closer with out knocking etc.

Installed bright orange poly hangers today, bring the silencer up a bit closer and more sturdy to still wobble but not so much a simple mod harder to get on though lol!

Just so people know are these orange poly ones smaller than the original ones? If not then it could be any new mounts you put on there are working better than your old tired ones

Comparing new poly ones to old tired rubber ones the centres of the holes where hooks go in is definately less but then old could be stretched a lot to. Im happy now its closer to underside more and
not swinging about so much.
