i do love the jacking points! was trying to come up with a way of quick jacking a mini he other day. i came up with pretty much the same solution, apart from just one on the front subframe and one on the rear, so its quicker to lift two wheels off the ground. this is for a track mini though :)
and stonechip is great, you can get a very nice finish with it if you use it well!

I have not been on the forum for AGES- work as been busy and am now engaged, a home owner (in need of full renovation) so time is not on my side at the moment!
However this week I managed to get over to the workshop and finally painted the shell! The other bits are mainly in primer, and will paint them separately, but still, now I am able to build up the subframes and bolt them to the shell, get wiring in, fuel lines etc so hopefully the fun can start now

I would love to know how much the shell weighs right now. Probably pointless information unless someone knows the weight of a standard body at this stage...
