Very much doubt I will get 90, 80 or maybe even 85 would be a blessing, and is a target but it still wouldn't surprise me if it falls short of that. Its a standard 1275 casting :/
10:75:1 i think
Mg metro aint bad yeah its the same as an SW5 ish at the end of the day cause thats what Swifty based it on.
Yeah they use weber on one side only. Single choke only.
I just think looking at Ben Pophams Build, Your build, Liirges and Mine we are all going fairly similar within reason and the most we expect is about 90
I suppose if they fully ligtened EVERYTHING they might get that increase through sheer stress and friction reduction.

To get anywhere near 90 i think your looking at weber (as Vizard does in the yellow bible)

I'm afraid I'm somewhat sceptical about that, especially as these smaller motors have to be revved so high.HS2's in twin are effective until about 85bhp.

A friend is selling a good Hif44 with an ITG filter and Im pretty interested, saves trying to balance the twins and is less hassle, hmmmm

You can make HS2's perform like HS4's though remember with the right modification
HS2's will always be more efficent but the HIF44 is so big you get the figure still.

I have the gearbox off my original engine all ready to drop the block onto, also fiited my neg camber kit
I have decided to stick with the twin HS2, just need the throttle spindles rebushing, will get them off minispares, I was briefly looking at putting on a weber DCOE40 on a homemade intake manifold (I was guna fabricate a manifold at work as we have lots of tubing and a plasma cutter to make the flanges) this would be done to save me cutting the bulkhead/using the rubbish swan neck manifold
