I have a question, are these dashboards made to order?
If so, you could be joining a que of god knows how many other orders! And if it's 1 man making them all, then that's a **** big work load to fulfil!
I'm sure plenty of people on here have had massive work loads and maybe not completed it in a timely manner.
All I'm saying is don't slander a man, who is clearly working his ass off to keep up with demand, and other life stresses.

signed up today specificly to find anyone who's heard of minteriors and luckily found this topic.
I ordered a dash in Jan of this year and it never arrived even though the cheque was cashed. I knew that it was hard to get hold of Jay as it took a few attempts to get the dash ordered, but after a couple of months, many call, messages and texts i too was worrying i'd been fleeced. i'm so glad to find that this guy is genuine - not so much because of the money but because the dash isn't something i could just re-order from somewhere else.

Jay, If you read this, is there a good time to contact you.

I am having the same problem with "minteriors" ordered a dash in May 2011 and managed to get a response from "Jay" a couple of weeks ago by phone and was assured that my order was in hand but another two weeks down the line and a few emails and an ebay email later I have had no response.
What I find most annoying is that my cash was tranferred instantly by paypal and now find that I am outwith the 45 days to raise an issue with ebay.
If I could get some response or a refund NOW I could order another dash from someone else! I have a car sitting in the garage with the old dash stripped out and the new wiring etc waiting for "minteriors" to get their butt off the ground to allow me to finish this part of my refurbishment project. So if you are still watching this forum Jay either say you can't do the job or give me a definitive timescale for the dash etc to arrive. This is not fair to the decent people who take you at face value and trust you and pay upfront for the products you offer on a public auction site.

Yes the somewhat notorious "Jay" of miniteriors does indeed watch this forum and is even a TMF member Smoz10 - Click Here!!

He is also well known here for failing to communicate with is customers over delays and generally letting them down (me included). I was actually only discussing this very issue with him here a couple of weeks back See Here. His last words on the subject were in fact:

I will take your advice though and try to keep customers more aware that they haven't been ripped off - just delayed a little......
