Sorry if you have no idea what I'm on a bout but if you do what are they called and where's the best place to het them? What I am looking for is the product that draws moister from my car interior but I'm sure I heard that there is a reuseable item on the Market?

They are called Silica Gel bags and they do come in various sizes
Try this website http://www.silicagelpackets.co.uk. You can dry them out in an airing cupboard or somewhere warm.

I got 2 big ones off ebay pretty cheap last year. Think they were called dry bags/sacks.
The ones I got were designed for keeping caravans dry during storage.

Those are awesome, I have a few and reusable (most are but check, you dry them in a warm oven, not hot, warm), you can get them in most camping shops also... especially useful if your mates, mate's, brother's shifty mate's friend works in said camping shop, they're much cheaper!

Go to Halfords website and search for Bell Moisture Mate. Think that is the type you mean.
