here i cut pieces of metal out section by section the angle on the cut and the angle of the bend where far too hard for me to get right in the vice

looking really good mate, great progress, the welds are looking so much neater with the bigger bottle......think im going to order a big bottle of gas now, what are you using plain co2?
no its argon co2 mix 5%co2 from deans bottled gas i use the 9L bottle which is £50 deposit and £50 devived to my door and yeah if you go back to my rear light conversion the welds look rusty because it wasnt getting enough gas
