i've seen alot of mini's recently between beeston chillwell and long eaton area where i live and since i dont actually know anyone first hand who owns a mini i only know of people, i'd like to know who around nottingham owns a mini and if there are many mini meets around the nottingham and derby area! and where people buy there bits from locally

My girlfriend lives in Nottingham and i may be going to Uni in Derby next year so either way i want to attend shows there when i get my next mini

funny that mate, half of them are probably mine, i live in long eaton, have four minis, two are currently on the road whilst two are, lets say being worked on.
theres also a few other good guys from long eaton who own minis and they are on here too. you know who you are. lol.

as for a club, it has to be the www.dcmoc.co.uk this is the best, friendliest and closest mini club to you. next meet is saturday 30th october at the stenson bubble. nr derby.

Im in the Notts area but West Bridgford way. I see about 3 or 4 different Minis a day but this includes my mates which we convoy to Uni in!

well my dads done bits and bobs for surf blue garage ilkeston way wich is where ive got some of my stuff from like heritage panels and stuff but as for mini meets and stuff i have never been to any since my mini is a painted shell ready for the brakes to be done then rebuilt but when its together i know where to go now and who to get talking to in my area! if your local to me and would like to talk mini add my facebook! either click on my profile website or search james jackson im standing up in a suit and my mini pictures are public on my photo albums

I regularily see a volcano orange R-reg driven by a woman. A BRG S-reg with a big bore exhaust and crystal lenses and an older car which i also BRG. I think its an open classic. The reg seems to have passed me by. Dont know if they are anyones off here?

erm some mini's ive seen are:
a bright yellow mini clubman with big miglia arches on moulded in with a chequered roof
clubman van with a 2 litre vauxhall engine in it although i sort of know him,
a nice red mini on my grilfriends road not in bad nick,
i was following a purple one through beeston wich was purple with a nurburgring sticker on the back and 1 wing mirror halfway up the top of the door and if this is you then you need a louder exhaust because i wound my window down to listen to a nice burble of an a seriers and heard bugger all

thats all i can think of off the top of my head, when im on the road its going to be a red mayfair with sportspack arches and 12" anthracite wheels with a polished rim and its going to be nice n loud hopefully because its got an lcb manifold on and im going to go for a fairly noisy exhaust so keep your eyes and ears peeled

and junction 26 is that nuneaton way? because thats where my mini is at the moment and i live junction 25 way! well junction 26 thats where my mini is not sure if its nun eaton or not might need some help building it soon as well
