Exhaust is out!!! Is that chipped paint on the breather case? ?

Exhaust on, exhaust off, exhaust on, exhaust off, exhaust on....exhausting work!

Interior handles are very nice ?? Where’s MiniAnnie? Slacker!

Ok ... that clearly didn’t work , after stripping top of engine .. went for plan c

In the end had to cut 1” off end of down pipe to clear subframe, but it’s in now , now just repainting and rebuilding

Then my usual habit of getting sidetracked and buying something else to fit ...

Have one already in my sprite ( I liked it so much I bought the company ... another, I meant another)

Have put together top of engine again ... need to get under car and put exhaust back on Hoping I’ve left enough ‘meat’ on downpipe

Then got sidetracked again

Started mount for sequential lights

Mounting them in ashtray again ... works really well there and is very subtle

Need to cut out mounting hole , open up rear for wiring , paint front , wire up ....... bet I get sidetracked with something else before long

1st ones easy .... got one spi/ turbo gasket, and 2 standard .... having problems sealing exhaust ( snapped manifold bolt in head was a big giveaway .... that’s another story ) so experimenting with different gaskets

Answers on a postcard for next one ... struggling with this job too ... humph

I think the mpi exhaust gasket is best from what I can remember someone telling me. It has the metal rings on the exhaust ports IIRC

Hinges were for boot board .... changed my mind

Brackets .... nope not for boot board

All will be revealed .... probably in next few days

Also Got delivery today from newton commercial , will get some pics up this weekend
