I just had a solid flick through this whole thread and it was some impressive work to get it together, not much left to do now

 

 Thanks, the light is well & truly burning at the end of the tunnel now. The to-do list is happily getting very short.

Nice to see another project in gloucestershire! Looking good!

It will be done for Retro Rides show at Prescott in august then? ;D

 

 That would be nice. I reckon it's a possibility. I don't get to Prescott as often as I would like.

 

Would be a great venue for a mini show...

 

 

I think the Mini Cooper register were there last year too.

Rear under lay & carpet in. Small steps but significant as this car hasn't seen carpet without rat crap on it for many years.

hi buddy..... very nice , my mk3 is also tax exempt next year aswell...... just cant wait to finish mine, but il be sad when ive finished as il have nothing to do........ maybe buy an earlier one hehe.... the difference from the begining is amazing and if mine turns out anywhere near yours il be one happy chappy....

im keeping it the original teal blue and popping some silver cooper s wheels on but i may lower it abit, ive got some black with red piping microcell traveller seats and had the rear seats covered to match... should look nice when finished

is there any particular reason you went for 13's and not 10's? im just curious.... does look nice with the arches tho
