Thanks, I haven't used a thermostat on this cooler. Never used one before but it might be a consideration for this later.nice one the oil cooler did u use a thermostat was well for the oilcooler?

Thanks Chris, I know it is a completely different beastie now. I started with a plan of removing/replacing the rustiest panels only. Then bolting a few go-faster bits on. But the plan just.......developed.It is hard to believe the car at the beginning of this thread and this one are the same car, Very impressive! Even rustier then my Moke was

Thanks, I'm looking forward to driving it soon as well. The engine has been proven in another vehicle but it had bigger wheels, & with a tall diff made interesting driving. I'm hoping the 13" tyres will make it about right for ratios.great read and great work,just read trough it all from the first page and i am amazed on how it looked before and how it looks now!cant wait to see it done and driving!keep up the good work!

- Secure fuel pump relay & wiring.
- Properly route heater hose through bulkhead.
- Fit & test Aldon Ignitor ignition unit.
- Tidy paint around passenger wheel arch & fit final arch/wheel.
- Finish fit steering column.
- Finish fit accelerator pedal.
- Final check of any loose wiring.
- Final secure of ignition coil.
