Are you running lowered shocks or standard?

If standard, I'd suspect that running so low has killed them off.

Lowered shocks. I did think it was strange that when jacked up the radius arm dropped right down allowing the Hilo and rod to rattle around. You Can lift the wheel up and down with no dampening.

But only on the Jack's at droop, on the road it doesn't seem terrible, except the previously mentioned wondering at high speeds.

I am tempted to build up a nice 1800 with sporty cams and throttle bodies etc for a few more ponies. Or maybe a vvc or turbo motor ? Who knows.

The difficult part is parting with like, 1500/2000 quid to build the cammed / throttle bodied engine when I'm used to 100 quid engines.

Turns out my front suspension is sat on the bump stops, I'm hoping its that which was making it handle odd.

Yeah that'd do it... Wound it up or cut the stops?

Even though I cut my bump stops down to 22mm it turns out my car was sat on them. I am thinking this may explain the twitchy handling. Today I have raised the height 20mm, and applied more castor and slightly more camber in preparation for castle combe tomorrow.

Fingers crossed it handles OK.

Made it to combe and back (180 mile round trip) as well as two track sessions.
Went OK, suspension setup seems 95% there now.
If any one has any pictures that would be great.
I did film the first session but it was not that interesting.
