as above they both have there pros and cons, you'll just have to decide what size wheels best suit you. also don't think that 13s handle better than 10s, they both grip just as well just handle differently.
i switched from 13s to 10s and i personally prefer the 10s they have much more give because of the large tyre profile and don't feel like they crash into every bump in the road. the tyres are cheaper and ultimately if comfort is your first choice 10s are the way to go, with a good -ve offset you should be able to fill your sports pack arches nicely.

Lol, yes, I wondered who'd be the first to spot that - it's currently on sale at GC Motors, which is where I got the pic from.
Very nice car too, might I add.

It is a lovely Mini!

At GCMotors? Not gonna be sold anytime soon then. Just priced at £11,995 and left on their forecourt to rot for 20 years like all of their over priced (mostly) crap.

It was for sale on GC Motors for around £7,500 last time I saw, but it's not on there anymore. Crazy price considering I paid £2,600 for it in 2007.
Giving my own experience with 13" vs. 10" on this Mini, I found the 10s to grip just as well as the 13s but felt much lighter, more responsive and tramlined much less. Just don't go for cheap budget tyres I'd say.
