I thought them plates could only be fitted to pre 1st Jan 1973 cars though ?

haya clovus i have been thinking about that before this i had a mk1 golf gti and a mk 1 caddy and my old man restores campers i just cant seem to think of anything that might mesh if i had a clubman that would be completly diffrent lol maybe im just struggling to think "OUTSIDE the box" ??????
