WOW that green clubby is looooovly. If you made it look like that with a rapped engine in it that would be the ultimate sleeper.

today went down the garage determined to get engine out and failed :) lost my 34mm socket to undo tower bolts and then coundnt get the roll pin out of gear selecter but eventully got it out so money/tuesday THE ENGINE WILL COME OUT :) heres some pictures off it didnt really have much to take photos of

went down today to get engine and subframe out got it out and had to put it back it as i forgot to bring pallet and casters to put mini on so i could get it back inside :errr:

and found that the car runs on spacers :/ and was told that the car came with cooper s brake set up can anyone tell if it defo a cooper s setup and not fiesta brakes

Looks like cooper s brakes to me. Theirs nothing wrong with spacers. I have them on mine. I guess he just wanted the wheels to fill the arches better.

Yea if you have massive ones on their then they do tend to munch bearings. Ones that big wont make to much of a difference though.

spacers have been used for years and although there generally frowned upon as they can eat bearings ect, there usually ok,

however, your ones arnt, there universal ones and dont fit centrally, dont refit them when you go to rebuild, just bin them, if you need to fit spacers then get the ones with a 4inch pcd

ok thanks i was gonna bin them anyway going to get some banded steelies for her defo keeping the 10's tho :thumbsup: hopefully banded stellies hope fully 10x7/8

When you bin the spacers, you'll need to change the studs as well - the ones currently fitted aren't threaded all the way down - if your nuts run into that bit, the wheel won't tighten correctly,

These Clubman Estates are not common in Portugal, and I really like them! Keep going with the project, I am enjoying it.

Sevens and eights are to wide for the road, there's a nice set of banded 10x6's on ebay atm though. Clicky
