The grill was also blasted sanded down and etch primed



Then put 2 layers of filler primer on to try and hide the slight dimples in the grill



The rad housing was also done etched and filler primered



also got the top arm pin out yesterday and today i cleaned the inside of.the arm and loads of crap came out here how bad the arm was

Done bit more today started to take bearings out of top arm and well that was a pain in the ass and also got another layer of filler primer on the grill tomorrow will wet and dry it back then a layer of grey primer then flat back again then gloss black

Got a shopping list for stamford this Sunday

1x top arm rebuild kit
2 x ball joint kits
1 x passenger hub
2 x adjustable bottom arm
2 x adjustable heavy duty tie rods
2 x negative camber brackets for rear
1x solid subframe mount kit
1 x front subframe bolt kit


gonna be broke again haha but now i can build the subframes up and the mini is.being moved again to my mates bodyshop where im getting my own set of keys so can work on it as much as i like :)

thanks really appreciate the kind comments. today i painted the grill ends where the headlights go and brought 2 top arm repair kits along with solid mounts and a new hub pics to follow

yep im loving it gonna get the subframes built up asap and finish front end respray underneath and engine bay then get it rolling :)
