i have orded from mini sport and had no problem reasonable price and fair delivery but i have had some trouble with mini spares giving me the wrong items when i placed a big order but they have resolved the issue now so i cant fault either but mra minis are one of my favroute companys to mail order from

Had this problem with Moss & Mini Spares too, the only way to get "personal service" is to speak to someone personally..............

MiniSport are always helpful over the phone.

Same here, everytime i order from Mini Sport, they never have it in stock. Considering they so say make alot of their own stuff, it amazes me how they run out of stock all the time???!! Totally useless company and staff. Products arent all that great either. I will not be using them again.

I had this exact problem.
Brought a set of brake discs from them, only because they say only their own ones fit their 4pots callipers.

Paid for 48hr delivery as i needed them asafp.

I rang them after a week to be told they are out of stoke AND they are waiting for their machine shop to fix the machine before they can even get them made! None of this i was told about, nor were they going to tell me about!
They were 'in stock' on their website.
They promised me a phone call within a couple of days to tell me a date, or failing that the measurements for me to get a normal pair machined to fit..... but nothing!
I then phoned them for a refund, of which they assured me i'd get them within the next fews days and that if i cancel i wont be able to use a standard set. I demanded the refund and said il manage, i'd rather pay more to get the right service!

2 weeks later i checked my account and the refund hadn't gone in! Phoned them again, and what a coincidence, they were just doing it, right there, right then!!!
