Hi,
For anyone interested ive managed to put some pics up of the car on the road (rather than the rollers!!), taken yesterday. I cant seem to find the direct link to it, but ifyou type johnnyst1 on the search on youtube, they should be there!!



Cracking car and great sound.
I have gone down the same route and its nearly complete, hoping to fire up next weekend.
1 question, why the blow of valve when you have the bini bypass valve?
I have the bini valve but did not think the blow off valve would be needed.

Dont suppose i can be cheeky and ask what needle you are using and any chance of posting your megajolt map to use as a starting point as its also a 1380 but with a 266 cam for less overlap

Thanks mate. We fitted the DV because we found it helped the bypass valve operate more freely. We also went back from 1:5 rockers to standard rockers to help with the overlap and rough idle the car had, but really changing the cam would have helped sort that. I cant help with maps or needle as that was all done in house at slarks. I bet neils forgotten anyway! lol If your going to Castle coombe tomorrow, the car will be on the turbo minis stand if you fancy a look. Good luck and its well worth the effort. A million times better than the suck through setups i promise! And an even better sound track!
