I've just cut the base, uprights and bracing leg for mine. I'm using 40mm double unistrut for the base and singlefor the leg and two (A frame design) 38mm x 1.5mm round tubes which will be braced & welded to the tube that holds the scaf pole. Overall it will be 1m wide and about 1.2m at the centre of the pole, slightly taller if I put wheels on it. The leg and it's brace will be bolted on so I can store it flat.
Something like this:

We used scaffolding clamps on the end of ours, cut down then welded on.
