Hi just want to ask which one to go for? and where to put it and how to wire one in?

Also money is tight too.

As seeing a few mini's on here resentley that have been rear ended i want to try to avoid being another victim of these "Teens who go too quick or don't pay enough attention!"
Cheers

on the back is best

take the wiring from one of your brake lights + a wire to earth

I've just ripped the blo*dy thing out, having spent nearly double the cost of the blo*dy thing on replacement bulbs that blow every five minutes. Auto electrician reckoned that the vibration through the glass in a mini causes the filaments to break, so I would be forever replacing bulbs until i bought a more expensive better insulated/protected version.

So take it from me... don't buy a cheap one!!! (mine was £15)

I got a cheapo led one from ebay a fiver or so delivered its simple a strip of leds about 12 or so, stuck up top of rear window with sticky
pads do buy decent ones of these or it will fall off lol like mine did. The one i have has brackets on each end and then adjust angle of light so it points up some I find best.
At nite its super bright and even in the day im sure peeps notice it much more got a bit less chance of being rear ended I hope now.
Only wierd thing is when light are on the side 3rd brake light is connected to dims some when i apply brakes??

Ebay dont know exact link here in work will try find later at home if you need it, but typing in rear led brake light brings up loads and many will work depends on style and cost also.
I might even add another at some stage more merrier if it means being seen more easily!!

Just fitted that one to my sisters, works a treat. We screwed the bracket to the roof and it was just the right position for the light to shine out the top of the window.
