Well I am very pleased the lady on the wasp stand won first prize. Apart from coming in a very tidy little outfit of minivan and minicaravan, her cakes were to die for - very moist, very tasty and very reasonably priced.
Nice lady too - hope we see her there next year.

Broke down 21 (ish) times on the way to SMD - Took 10 hours, from Hereford.

Spent most of the weekend in A&E

My car broken down 12 times on the way home.

What happened Bean??

No idea what's going on with the car - Pikey & K fitted a replacement fuel pump on the side of the A361 - New valve in the carb float (which was sticking) - Has had new LT wiring, new cap, new rotor arm, carb rebuilt and almost everything checked & replaced if needed (thanks Pikey!) - But she's still playing up. Dizzy and coil next to check.

With A&E? K was grinding and welding his mini for its MOT on the thursday - Turns out he got 2 pieces of metal in his eye & scratched the hell out of it Ended up being totally photo-sensitive & couldn't look at even the smallest bit of light. It was so red and bloodshot - But also, the sensitivity spread to the other eye, too. Had them removed with a needle Then, they left a rust-ring and had to go back and get it removed. It's only just healed up now ... !

i thoiught i was bad, on the a21 my exhaust came loose at the linkpipe so i was like going 30 on the A21!
on the way home same thing happend, so i just called RAC
