Make sure you fit a new engine mount on that side as well. Looks like you lifted it without undoing the fasteners and pulled it apart.
Fit the new one to the clutch cover first before putting it back on the engine....remove the old half from the sub....drop it in, lining up with a screwdriver through the hole.

Hi Spitz,

I wondered if anyone would pickup on that :P The engine mounts had gone previously without me knowing, so I have already replaced the mount on the clutch cover.

Just about to change the slave over now so will let people know how I get on. Any other ideas in the meantime will be great :P

I have a clutch! :P

Finally managed to separate the slave from the hose, that bolt is a ******* with the thing flopping about the place ;) and put the new cylinder on - again, lots of fighting with and swearing at awkward bolts - bled the clutch and viola!

Thanks for all the help guys, I'll be sure to check in regular and give my insight into anything I can help with :P
